Performance Physical Therapy is looking for (preferably) a full-time physical therapist or physical therapist assistant with a focus on manual therapy. We are a locally owned clinic that has been in business for over 25 years. The clinic aims to create a positive patient experience from the initial contact to discharge. At PPT we believe in a patient centered care approach to wellness and understand it takes an entire team to ensure the success of achieving each patient’s goals. Knowledge in TMJ, Balance/Vertigo and/ Dry Needling a plus. The candidate should be willing to learn new techniques and mentoring in this process.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patient populations for physical therapy needs. Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ condition. Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires. Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge therapy services and treatment setting. Provide information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
